Basketball Finals

St. Thomas has two teams in the finals. The 6th grade girls D1 team plays St. Patrick's at Bishop Lynch on Tuesday at 7:20 for the championship. The boys 7th grade D2 White team looks to go undefeated when they play St. Monica-Carolina at Ursuline on Wednesday at 6:10. Come out and support the Wildcats!
Remember to get your foursome together and play in the Booster Club Golf Classic on April 28th.

We have a full slate of playoff basketball at St. Thomas this week. Come out and support the Wildcats! Tonight there are games at 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00. Thursday night the games are 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00, and on Friday there are two games; 5:00 and 6:00.

Play off Progress

The Boys Blue Volleyball team finished their season with a 13-1 record and defeated St. Joseph's to capture the DPL Championship! The BL gym was packed with Wildcats supporters. The team wishes the thank all of the students and parents that came out to support them. This marks the 3rd consecutive championship for Coach Greg Ditmar and his boys!

The 6th grade football team defeated CKS today in a hard fought battle 12-6. They play the winner of the St. Rita vs St. Pius game next Sunday. The time and location are TBD. Check this blog or the DPL website for further information.

The undefeated 5th grade football team had a bye this week and plays the winner of the St. Patrick's vs St. Monica's game. They play at noon on Sunday, Nov. 14th at Bishop Lynch.

The volleyball playoffs are here and we have a full slate of games at St. Thomas Thursday night. Set your Tivo and watch the Rangers when you get home. The home games are:

Congratulations to the St. Thomas Boys Varsity Cross Country Team for bringing home the hardware! The took first place in the DPL City meet. Way to go, boys.

Volleyball Round-up

The volleyball season is closing fast and most of the St. Thomas teams are poised for a playoff push. The 5th grade teams have mirror records with the Blue team standing at 3-6 while the White team is 6-3. The Div. 1 6th grade girls are 6-2 and are currently in 4th place. The Div. 2 Blue team is 7-1 overall and are in 2nd place while the White team is 5-3 and in 5th place. The 7th grade Div. 1 team sits at 3-4 and the Div. 2 team is 3-7. The 8th grade Div. 1 teams has a record of 3-5 and the Div. 2 team sits at 1-6. The Boys Blue team suffered their first loss of the season bringing their record to 8-1 and the White team continues to improve but has yet to crack the winning column.

All of the teams plan on finishing the season strong. The last games of the regular season are this weekend. Consult the DPL website for schedules. The playoffs start on Tuesday, October 26th.
